Q: Can I make changes to American Classic Homes floor plans for my personal taste?
A: You absolutely can! American Classic Homes is capable of making design changes to our plans to meet your needs, normally for no charge! American Classic Homes also offers a "from scratch" drafting service from your drawings!
Q: Can I personalize the look of my American Classic Home?
A: You absolutely can! At ACH everything can be customized. You can also choose your own colors of brick, roof, paint, countertops, floor coverings, light fixtures and more. Most American Classic Homes plans offer: All Brick Exterior designs which offers Low Maintenance All Hip roof or Beautiful Gables with a combination of Brick and Hardi Plank Siding.
American Classic Homes also offers upgrade options to further personalize to your taste.
Q: What’s a "Base Price"?
A: A base price is the cost of the plan you have chosen built 100% complete on your lot! NOTE: A base price applies to cash deals or, if financing, you pay all closing cost.
Since every lot is different, we do not include Lot Preparation or Excavation in our Base Pricing. To begin construction, Excavation will need to be added however American Classic Homes can include this expense and many other options & expenses to the final sales price of your new home.

Q: What’s an "Extended Zone"?
A: American Classic Homes receives many requests to build beyond our standard base price building area of a 60-mile radius of our office located in Lorena Tx. An Extended Zone is a travel expense we charge when requested to build beyond our building radius simply to cover extra expenses incurred. Go There Now! Building Area.
Q: I want to build a new American Classic Home but I don’t have a lot paid for. Can I include land payoff or the cost of a lot with my American Classic Home?
A: You absolutely can! If you still owe on your lot, in most cases the pay off balance can be included in your sales price. If you don’t have a lot, select a lot in the area you want to build on and American Classic Homes can include the cost of the lot in the sales price with lender approval! Q: Do I have to make payments during construction of my American Classic Home?
A: Absolutely Not! If you qualify for Construction Financing, in some cases we can include an allowance in your sales price to allow for "No Construction Payments and No Closing Cost" to be required during construction.
Q: When you say “100 % Complete” what all does that include and what will I need to furnish?
A: All you need to furnish is: Mini-blinds, Refrigerator, Washer & Dryer. (These items & more may also be included if you want!)

Q: What’s a "Shell Plus Price"?
A: Shell Plus Price is incomplete construction of the plan you have chosen stage built to:
Exterior: Dried In.. All exterior walls installed, all exterior doors & windows installed, all exterior brick or siding per specs of plan installed, shingle installed. Exterior paint not installed.
Interior: All interior walls installed, electrical wiring installed, plumbing topped out, bath tubs installed, air conditioning ducts installed, exterior cellulose wall insulation installed, sheetrock installed, drag texture all ceilings & walls installed.
Ready for cabinets, doors & trim, paint & stain, kitchen & bath counter tops , plumbing & light fixtures, floor covering, air conditioning blower & compressor. NOTE: A Shell Plus Price applies to cash deals or, if financing, you pay all closing cost. The building site should be leveled and ready to begin construction, however American Classic Homes can include this expense and many other options & expenses to the final sales price of your new home.
