From the color of your 30 year Dimensional Shingles, Paint Color, Countertops and Light Fixtures... you'll have the option to pick every feature of your new home. 

We can also assist you with the design, if preferred. 

You can choose from many Luxury Vinyl Plank brands and colors, Carpet, or Stained Concrete without having to pay extra.

Additional upgrade options include Tile and Engineered Hardwood.

At ACH, open cell expandable foam insulation is included in the base price of your new home. With the ever rising cost of electricity, an energy efficient home increases the value of your investment. ACH standard package also includes DBL Pane, Low-E Windows & a 15 S.E.E.R. HVAC, which meets or exceeds  IRC codes.

All of our clients get the opportunity to design unique features for their custom cabinets.

Pick your brick from the options from several suppliers. Go with all Brick, Hardi-plank/ board & batten siding, or a combination of both.
